Where is my collection stored? Is it backed up?

Everything you add to GuitarTech is stored locally on your device. The app has no accounts and no servers. If you keep iCloud or iTunes/Finder device backups enabled, your GuitarTech data is included in those Apple-managed backups. You can also use the app's CSV export at any time to keep your own copy of your collection.

How do I manage or cancel my GuitarTech Pro subscription?

GuitarTech Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel it anytime: open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, select GuitarTech, and make your change. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

I paid for Pro but don't see my features. How do I restore my purchase?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, then use Restore Purchases in the app's settings. If Pro features still don't appear, email us and we'll help sort it out.

Can I export my data?

Yes. GuitarTech includes a CSV export so you can take your collection with you or keep an independent backup. Your data is always yours.

Does GuitarTech track me or collect my data?

No. GuitarTech contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. We never receive your collection or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What devices does GuitarTech support?

GuitarTech is built for iPhone and requires a recent version of iOS. You can find the exact requirements on the App Store listing.
